Last updated: April 2026. This is a pre-launch notice for the Wythe waitlist. A complete Privacy Policy will be published before Wythe opens to users, and the current waitlist terms described here will be superseded at that time.

What we collect

If you submit your email address to the waitlist, we collect that email address. We don’t collect anything else on this page — no account, no profile, no analytics identifying you personally.

How we use it

We use your email only to send you occasional updates about Wythe and to notify you when early access opens. We don’t sell, rent, or share your email with third parties. Our email platform processes deliveries on our behalf under a standard data-processing agreement.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link at the bottom of that email. To request deletion of your address from our waitlist at any time, email hello@wythe.nyc and we’ll remove it within a reasonable period.

Cookies & analytics

This page does not currently set marketing or tracking cookies. If we add product analytics before launch, we’ll update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent.
