What this site is

Wythe is building a direct marketplace for NYC rentals — covering both direct leases and subleases. This site exists to describe what Wythe is and to collect email addresses from people interested in finding or listing a place. Nothing on this page should be interpreted as a listing, an offer, or a rental agreement.

Using the waitlist

By submitting your email, you’re agreeing to receive pre-launch updates from us until you unsubscribe. Please submit only an email address you own or are authorized to use.

Our content

The Wythe name, wordmark, logos, copy, and visual design on this site are the property of Wythe and may not be reproduced, resold, or used to imply affiliation or endorsement without written permission.

No warranties

This site is provided as-is. We don’t guarantee continuous availability of the page, and the feature descriptions here are forward-looking — what Wythe ships at launch may differ.

Changes

We may update these terms before launch. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above.
